JumpCloud restructured pricing in 2025-26. Packages now run Device Management $9 / SSO $11 / Device Identity Management $13 per user per month (annual billing), with a la carte modules (SSO, MFA, directory, lifecycle) at $3 each. Cheapest SSO entry is the standalone $3/user/mo module; the $11 SSO package bundles MFA and directory. Platform and Platform Prime are now quote-only.
